The tubes are associated with the potential risk of bursting if they operate under certain extreme conditions such as high temperature (>60ºC), corrosive fluids (strong acids, alkalis or solvents. Elevated temperatures (>60ºC) can lead to the softening of the tube material and a reduction in burst pressure capacity. Moreover, chemical gases in the air may accelerate the aging process and result in cracking of the tube. Kindly ensure to avoid placing tubes in a humid environment or storing them for an extended period (>12 months) as this may lead to cracking due to the hydrolysis effect.
